Hummingbird Villa is a Luxury accommodation which offers guests privacy, extensive space, and a highly personalized, intimate, and comfortable retreat, featuring a private pools, gardens, and providing a home-like atmosphere with world-class amenities and the freedom from crowds and fixed schedules found in hotels.

 

The Villa was constructed on two lots, giving it one of the largest plots of land in the gated community, ideal for ensuring your privacy. This elegant 5-bedroom/5.5-bathroom private home and guest villa of 2 bedrooms with each their own ensuite is situated in the exclusive gated community of Islands of Old Fort Bay.  Peacefully located on the western outskirts of Nassau,  while the international airport is less than 10 minutes away.

Also nearby are a variety of dining options, a wine shop, the local grocery store, a spa for relaxation after a day in the sun, and the pristine oceanside Blue Shark Golf Course.

Our beautifully decorated kitchen is equipped with a range of features to support a culinary team, including a Sub-Zero refrigerator, a Wolf six-burner & grill with convection oven, a microwave, and an automatic dishwasher. Completing the kitchen a NINJA Slushi maker for those hot days, a NINJA SPEEDI AIR FRYER, a COLD PRESS JUICE MAKER, a Vospeed 9 IN 1 Stand Mixer, a wine cellar, a wine rack, and a Super Automatic Espresso Machine – Programmable Coffee Maker With Grinder & Milk Frother For Latte, Cappuccino, Macchiato Americano- Auto Wake & Sleep – All Milk Types.

Elegant bedrooms

Upstairs, there's a total of 5 bedrooms and 5 en-suite, walk-in closet, and private balcony.

The master bedroom, also upstairs, features an ensuite bath with a separate shower, a two-sink vanity, and a spacious private balcony for enjoying your morning coffee. All bedrooms are furnished with comfortable mattresses, new pillows, and soft white linens to make you feel at home.

Entertainment and relaxation

On the ground floor, there is a TV room with a large Samsung smart TV and surround sound system for movie nights, and a spacious living room area with a large LG smartTV.

Dining experience

The dining room is adjacent to the kitchen and includes a cabinet stocked with glassware and dishware. There is also a wine cabinet that keeps the wine at room temperature and a wine cellar that holds 7 bottles. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a fully functional laundry area.

Dine at either of our two beautiful dining areas: dine indoor at the wooden dining room for 10 or at  the patio overlooking the pool and lush garden.

Outdoor living

To the left of the house is a gazebo overlooking the canal, offering a spectacular view and a perfect spot for pre-dinner cocktails. To the right of the villa is a guest house with a private sitting area in the shad, to the ceiling there's a large ceiling fan, perfect for relaxing and reading a book.

Accommodation

There are 7 bedrooms at Hummingbird Villa, five of them in the main house. Just next to Hummingbird Villa is a Guest cottage with two cozy rooms, each its' en-suite and smart TV.
